Jim Nussle is President and CEO of America’s Credit Unions, leading the organization’s efforts to protect, empower, and advance credit unions and their more than 140 million members. Nussle served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1991-2007, representing Iowa. From 2001-2006, he served as chairman of the House Budget Committee. In 2007, President George W. Bush nominated him as the 36th director of Office of Management and Budget. Nussle and his wife, Karen, live in Wisconsin and have two adult children.
Jill Tomalin is EVP/Chief of Staff. Tomalin has more than 30 years of experience within the credit union industry, including two decades of expertise leading high-performing teams. Tomalin oversees Membership & Engagement, Communications & Marketing, Operations & Finance, and Association Services. She most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at CUNA.
Carrie Hunt is Chief Advocacy Officer for America’s Credit Unions. In this role, she leads the organization’s advocacy strategy and relentless efforts to elevate credit union priorities. Hunt has 20 years of experience in consumer finance and financial services law, credit union regulations, and association lobbying, and most recently served as President and CEO of the Virginia Credit Union League.
Anthony Demangone is Chief Membership & Engagement Officer for America’s Credit Unions. Demangone has served the credit union industry for over two decades and brings significant compliance and legal expertise. Demangone previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at NAFCU and worked to transform key association functions to improve the member experience, including IT, education, marketing, member benefits, and more..
Todd Spiczenski is Chief Association Services Officer for America’s Credit Unions. He has more than 30 years of experience in credit union member services. Spiczenski is passionate about building strong partnerships and implementing offerings that help individuals’ professional development, strengthen teams’ performances, and enhance credit unions’ operations. Spiczenski most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Products and Services Officer at CUNA.
Meghan Burris Small is Chief Communications & Marketing Officer. Small has more than a decade of experience in financial services and regulatory policy communications. Small combines her media relations expertise with data-driven insights and consumer engagement strategies to execute effective communications campaigns. She most recently served as Vice President of Communications and Media Relations at NAFCU.
Eddie Rivera is Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer. Rivera has served the credit union industry for nearly 30 years and brings a deep understanding of business operations, including the importance of collaborative relationships with external partners and internal departments. Rivera most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at CUNA.
