Keynote speakers

Dr. Michael Cunningham, who currently serves as the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications for the Philadelphia, is in his sixth season with the organization. His team works collaboratively across all departments in the organization to achieve efficiency through the deployment of technology solutions such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, and technology related to the fan experience.
Michael holds a BA, MS in Counseling and Human Relations, MBA in Strategic Management from Villanova University, and a Doctorate of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Michael’s research focuses on consumer behavior and technology acceptance of emerging technologies in the sports & entertainment space.
Michael is an adjunct professor at Villanova University, instructing courses on Business Process Management and Business Intelligence. Michael currently serves on the board of Family Promise of Montgomery County/Main Line outside of Philadelphia, which helps families experiencing homelessness and low-income families achieve sustainable
independence through a community-based response.
Michael and his wife Jennifer live in Drexel Hill with their two children, Michael and Henry.

His Socialnomics work has been on 60 Minutes to the Wall Street Journal, and used by the National Guard to NASA. His book Digital Leader propelled him to be voted the 2nd Most Likeable Author in the World behind the Harry Potter series.
What Happens in Vegas Stays on YouTube helped Qualman be listed by Forbes and Fortune as a Top 100 Digital Influencer. His business books are used in over 200 universities and he has received an honorary doctorate for his groundbreaking work.
His latest book, The Focus Project, is a guide to pursuing less in order to achieve more.
Qualman was formerly a sitting professor at Harvard & MIT’s edX labs.
