Open-end loans, such as lines of credit and credit cards, offer flexibility for borrowers but require careful attention to compliance. This session will focus on advertising open-end loans, highlighting key regulations including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and specific advertising rules for credit products. We’ll cover how to disclose important terms, present clear and accurate information, and avoid misleading claims while promoting your open-end loan products.

From social media marketing to digital ads and member communications, this session will cover general advertising rules, privacy concerns, and red flags to watch out for in your campaigns. Some on-demand hybrid and virtual events, eSchools, and webinars are hosted on Vimeo, a video streaming platform – some are hosted on Zoom. To attend, you will need a computer, tablet, or mobile device with a strong internet connection.

Cancellations

Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these products unless they are defective or not as described.
